Architectural Review Board approves three single-family designs; one item split 5–2

The Architectural Review Board of the City of Town and Country met July 6, 2026, at the Municipal Center and handled three architectural reviews for new single-family homes.
The Board recommended approval for the Fischer Homes Coastal Classic elevation at 12327 Wildlife Trail on a 5–2 vote after members raised concerns about roof massing and front-entry emphasis. Fischer Homes' English Elegance plan for 718 Elk Grove and Jeff Day & Associates' plan for 318 Pebble Valley were both recommended unanimously. For each approved item the Board authorized issuance of a building permit when requirements for all applicable codes and ordinances have been met.
There was no public comment on any agenda item. The meeting adjourned at 5:58 PM on a motion by Mrs. Jaworski, seconded by Mrs. Riney.
