The Architectural Review Board recommended approval for a single-family house at 318 Pebble Valley after a presentation by Jeff Day of Jeff Day & Associates.
Jeff Day provided an overview of scope and materials and noted this would be the third house his firm has designed in Pebble Acres. Mrs. Jaworski asked whether a new pool would be put in or only the old pool removed; Mr. Day said the old pool was being removed and "no new pool was being put in." Members also discussed exterior column coloration relative to the stone, which Mr. Day said would match the stone but appears brighter in renderings.
Mrs. Benes moved to approve and Mr. Ivy seconded. The Board unanimously approved the architectural review and authorized the issuance of a building permit when requirements for all applicable codes and ordinances have been met.
