After a brief discussion and review of samples, Mr. Sutcu moved to approve and Dr. Salthouse seconded. The Board approved the architectural review and authorized issuance of a building permit when requirements for all applicable codes and ordinances have been met.
Next steps: Fischer Homes may submit permit documents showing the approved color palette and materials before construction.
