The board passed a motion to approve all items under Unfinished Business (motion moved by Karen Lopp, seconded by Nick Evans) that also approved billing and pay applications and change orders for several contractors — including VPS Architecture billings, pay applications and change orders for James L. Shireman, Krempp Construction and Supply, Seufert Construction and Supply, AML Construction, Inc., and ATS Integrated Solutions. The minutes record acceptance "as submitted" for each listed item.
Board members also approved construction of pavilions at Corydon and South Central as presented. These approvals were recorded alongside multiple contract pay applications and change orders intended to advance construction projects across the district.
