Council approves lot merger for Hurley’s Addition property

The Milbank City Council on April 13 approved Resolution 4-13-26 merging Lots 5 and 6 in Block 12 of Hurley’s Addition so they may serve as a single principal residence under Building Permit #26001. The resolution requires the property owner to record the lot-merger agreement with the Register of Deeds and states the merged lots cannot be resubdivided except in compliance with city ordinances.
The recorded resolution will be signed by Mayor Pat Raffety and Finance Officer Cynthia Schumacher.
