Cleveland Beer Board approves permits for Fuji Teriyaki Express, Weigel’s #129 and Feast Buffet

The record notes that pro‑rate fees, application fees and required surveys for each application had been obtained before the vote. The board also unanimously approved the minutes of the June 8, 2026 regular session earlier in the meeting.
Kim Bivens attended as Beer Board Secretary; Mark Smith presided. Two board members, Donald Humes and Ellie St. Pierre, were recorded as absent. There was no public debate recorded on the applications and the meeting was adjourned after the approvals.
