During the Nov. 24 work session the commission again entered executive session — this time for land matters — and reconvened at 9:41 a.m.; Vice Chairman Timothy Biddle made a similar statement after the session. The minutes record that the executive sessions covered legal consultation and land negotiations but do not disclose substantive details because those topics are exempt from open-record discussion.
