"I move to approve the agenda," said Commissioner (speaker 4), and the motion was seconded and approved with an 'Aye' from the chair. The commission also approved the prior meeting's minutes after a motion and second.
During planning commission matters the city manager (speaker 7) took a moment to welcome newly seated council member Stephanie Crawford to her first meeting. "Well, I I would just like to take this opportunity to say welcome to council member Stephanie Crawford, who I believe this is your 1st meeting," the city manager said. There were no further public items not on the agenda and the commission moved to adjourn shortly thereafter.
The meeting adjourned after brief remarks and farewells from commissioners.
