Superintendent gives back-to-school update and recognizes long-serving clerk

Houlihan offered a special recognition for Donna Malarkey, his administrative assistant and clerk to the board, thanking her for more than 20 years of service and congratulating her on her retirement. Board members echoed appreciation in subsequent comments.
