Commission approves chain-link fence at 321 Texas Street to match existing barrier

Casey Toby, who identified themself as Optimum's operations director for the field, told the commission, "we are attempting to sell the old retail location at 321 Texas Street," and described the company's preference for a hurricane-type fence to match an existing chain-link barrier on the neighboring parcel.
Commissioners asked whether the proposed fence would front Texas Street (it does not) and raised practical questions about mounting a new fence on a concrete parking slab. The chair recorded a motion "to approve the application as is to allow for the chain link fence since there's already existing chain link that you'll be hooking onto." The commission voted in favor and approved the application; the motion on the record named the mover and seconder as stated during the meeting.
