The Town of Rangely announced it has made an offer to Jonah Bollinger for town manager and that he has accepted; the council's attorney is finalizing the contract and it will be on the agenda for the first January meeting for approval. The council recorded that Mr. Bollinger plans to begin on Jan. 19, 2026.
Chair reported the offer had been accepted and said the contract will be processed by the town attorney so Mr. Bollinger can sign it. Town Manager Lisa and council members discussed overlap and transition arrangements; members agreed it would be helpful for Lisa to remain through part of January to orient the incoming manager. One council member suggested a short work session for the council and incoming manager to review unfamiliar items.
