Draft water system plan under review; city applies for chip-seal funding for local roads

Adam named specific streets the city will seek chip-seal funding for: Center Street (between Binghamton and the city limits), Rochester Street (between Center and Idaho Avenue), Rainier Acres Road and Rainier Estates Court. He cautioned that Rochester Street may be eligible only for a scrub seal, which is more expensive than a chip seal.
