S13 recommended checking homeowners-association insurance and the hearing-examiner file to determine current obligations and whether an insurance claim or enforcement action is feasible; S8 said an attorney had already been consulted to review the plaintiff's filing. The committee agreed to gather records, reconvene the relevant subcommittee and pursue legal review before taking further formal action.
