Board signs decommissioning agreement for US Solar MVP, clearing way for building permit

Staff confirmed the signed agreement will be delivered to the county office so the building permit can proceed.
Commissioners discussed related ordinance issues and reviser meetings as potential venues to consider future changes to entitlement processes for properties inside agricultural areas.
