School committee approves student field trip to Colleges of the Fenway

The school committee voted to approve a recurring field trip taking Lewiston students to visit colleges in Boston's Fenway area. "They visit numerous colleges that are right in the Fenway area," Langley said while summarizing the itinerary. Member Janet Bowden moved to approve the request and Member Megan Heard seconded; the committee recorded a unanimous vote of 8–0 in favor of the field trip.
