PDC staff alleges late filings for Amber Wise; chair keeps prior order, Wise seeks payment process

Warnock also said the commission received an email from Wise the same day asking about a payment process: "We actually just got a email, I do believe, from her just today asking for a payment process." Chair Jay Leach said he would adhere to his prior order and not amend it.
