The council unanimously adopted Resolution 2025-03 accepting a grant agreement between the Washington State Department of Transportation and the City of Pateros for planning work. Councilmember Frank Herbert moved for adoption; Holly Bange seconded and the motion "carried unanimously."
City Administrator (CA Wilson) told the council the grant is "for planning" and noted there "may be a few slight changes" to the agreement. The minutes indicate the grant acceptance will allow staff to pursue planning tasks and follow up with any contract edits required by WSDOT.
