The Town of Webster Planning Board approved a one‑year extension for Cobblestone Place Phase 2, a proposed three‑story apartment building at 1025 Ravenside Lane by Brickwood Management. Jake Calabrese of Marathon Engineering summarized agency progress: Monroe County Water Authority signed the MILR set, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation eNOI was filed and deemed complete, and the Monroe County Department of Health completed its plan review. Calabrese said the outstanding item is a private utility easement with an adjacent U‑Haul property; the applicant plans a meeting to finalize that easement before returning for final signatures.
Calabrese told the board: "We're looking to move here in the next few months, but we just tried to file for the extension due to the easement request." Chair moved for a one‑year extension to 08/04/2027; the motion passed unanimously by the members present. The board closed the public hearing after no members of the public spoke.
The extension preserves the applicant's approvals while the easement is negotiated; the applicant must complete the easement and return for final agency signatures before recording or initiating site work.
