The Town of Webster Planning Board voted to approve signage for the new 7 Brew coffee location at 935 Hart Road. The application from Ryan Kiley requested five signs totaling approximately 107.11 square feet on a 0.73-acre parcel in a high‑intensity commercial district; the board classified the action as a Type 2 under the state environmental regulations and approved the signs after confirming code compliance.
Craig Tesler, presenting for Ryan Kiley, described an internally illuminated round sign on the front elevation and logo elements with non-illuminated directional arrows on side elevations. Tesler said: "Just, an internally illuminated, round sign on on the front elevation facing Hard Road." Board members asked whether the signs were internally illuminated and confirmed that the proposed face would be translucent. After discussion the board moved and approved the application.
The motion to approve was seconded and passed by the members present. The board advised the applicant to coordinate permitting with the building department before installation.
