"I moved to accept the bids from Hunter's excavation to provide services relating to the Windhall Station Road culvert replacement at a cost of $18,500 and authorize the town administrator to execute any documents necessary for the hiring of the contractor to conduct the necessary work," a board member moved during the meeting, and the motion was seconded and passed.
Board members congratulated the contractor and directed staff to finalize contract paperwork.
