ProEdge Engineering presented the wetland delineation for 0 William Street and told the commission the same unnamed stream that crosses adjacent parcels runs through this lot. The consultant said they re-surveyed in spring with a botanist and adjusted the flag line accordingly.
"So this piece is part of that last spot here...that same unnamed stream comes through the property along here," the consultant said, explaining why the line was revised. Commissioners accepted the flagged delineation and were told that any work within 100 feet of the wetland will require a separate filing and review. A topographic survey and permanent benchmarks will be required if the owner proceeds to build.
