ProEdge Engineering representative Bob Barabee described an adjusted wetland flag line for the 2689 Cortland Road property and the commission accepted the updated delineation.
Barabee said the botanist and the applicant's consultant went to the site together and agreed on a revised line after vegetation appeared in spring. "We located the flags with an instrument survey...and I ghosted the old flag line so the board could see where the original line was, and then I colored the new flag line," he said. The plan dated July 13, 2026 shows the 25-foot no-touch, 50-foot no-structure and 100-foot buffer lines, and the commission confirmed jurisdiction inside those buffers.
A motion was made to accept the lines as presented and the commission approved the delineation; staff said benchmarks and a topographic survey will be required if the property is developed.
