The Dighton Conservation Commission on Thursday continued a public hearing on a proposal to lower the water level at Muddy Cove Pond. Chair opened the item and said a peer review had been received from Weston & Sampson and that the applicant requested another continuance.
"I'm looking for a motion to continue," the Chair said. Committee member moved to continue and the commission voted in favor. The record cites MassDEP file SE017-0531 for the application.
The continuance means the commission will consider the application again on the meeting record noted as "08/20" after the peer-review work is available. Staff did not present a final recommendation at the meeting.
