The Northern Valley USD 212 Board of Trustees on May 12 approved staffing lists for the 2025–26 school year and a set of supplemental positions, and named Kenzi Sheley as the district's new Food Service Director effective June 1.
Board members carried motions to approve the certified and classified staffing lists and an amended supplemental list (removing Shelby Preston as co–JH cheer sponsor). The board accepted Shelby Preston's resignation from the co–JH cheer sponsor role and approved Shelby Preston for high school cheer and Adriana Ankenman for the high school dance supplemental. The motion to accept the resignation and related approvals passed with a 7–0 vote.
The board also approved hiring Stephanie Whitney as a summer helper and approved the district’s recommended 2025–26 supplemental worksheet showing positions and percentage‑of‑base assignments for coaches and sponsors.
