At its July 20 meeting the Germantown Village Board approved the following items by voice vote with no recorded opposition:
- Approval of the July 20, 2026 meeting minutes. - One-time temporary outdoor entertainment permit for Ellsworth Corporation (Aug. 15, 2026). - 2026–2027 alcohol beverage license application for County 1 Inc. - Producer full-service retail sales permit for Raised Grain Brewing Company LLC for an event on Sept. 18, 2026. - Conditional use permit for Barrel and Bottle LLC to occupy the former Pier 1 site with a tasting bar and limited non‑distilling production. - Change-of-ownership conditional use permit for Poppert Preschool North and an increase in authorized capacity from 148 to 170 children. - Rescheduling of the September board meeting from Labor Day to Sept. 8 at 7 p.m.
Most motions were moved and seconded on the record and passed unanimously by voice vote; where roll call was recorded, votes were affirmative. No ordinance numbers or contested votes were recorded in the public minutes taken during the meeting.
