Board approves Bell Roofing for Shiras Planetarium roof replacement

Board members discussed questions and answers about the project before voting. On July 21 the board voted 5-0 to award the planetarium roofing replacement to Bell Roofing as GEI recommended. GEI’s recommendation and the board packet indicate the project includes a $5,000 contingency allowance for potential changes during construction.
