The Lake Shore Board of Education recorded several routine motions at its May 19 meeting. Amy Thomas‑August moved to approve the Consent Agenda, seconded by Keneth Gulock; the motion passed with six votes in favor and one member absent. Amber Hildebrand later moved to approve the Personnel Report; Wendy Tobias seconded and the motion likewise passed (Yea 6, Nay 0, Absent 1).
Separately, the Board passed a resolution to designate an electoral representative for the Macomb Intermediate School District biennial election: Elizabeth Munger moved to designate Amy Thomas‑August as the Board’s representative and Ken Gulock as the alternate, directing that the representative cast the district’s vote for Don Hubler and Ed Farley. That motion also passed with six in favor and one absent. The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
