The minutes record the formal resolution: "Be it resolved that the Grosse Ile Township Schools’ Board of Education approves the following slate to serve as Board officers for the calendar year of 2025." The slate approved was Frank DeMare III as president, Katie Cihak as vice president, Jeffrey Anderson as treasurer, and Nadia Tonova as secretary.
