President Terri A. Weems called the special meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. Treasurer Claudia T. Heinrich moved to approve the agenda for the Special Meeting/Closed Session on Dec. 17, 2024; Vice President Donald Walker Jr. supported the motion. The minutes record the voice vote as ayes from Heinrich, Smith, Weems, Blau and Walker and note the motion was "MOTION UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED."
The minutes state there were no public comments. The board later voted to convene a closed session under section 8(c) of the Open Meetings Act to discuss collective bargaining and returned to adjourn the meeting at 6:02 p.m. Angie F. Smith is listed on the minutes as Acting Board Secretary.
