The consent grouping motion was introduced by Member Kermode and seconded by Member Terryn.
Board documents list the approved April expenditures by fund: General Fund $11,403,790.96; Debt Fund $24,235,834.57; Capital Projects Fund 2023 $501,565.23; Capital Projects Fund 2025 $3,772,465.45; and several special revenue funds, for a total of $40,459,060.06. The approvals were made as part of routine consent business; no amendments or defections were recorded. The board will continue regular oversight of these contracts as part of the 2026–27 procurement and budget cycle.
