Cedar Springs board adopts agenda, approves consent items and two key motions

The Cedar Springs Public Schools Board of Education convened July 14, 2025, and unanimously adopted the meeting agenda before approving a consent agenda that included two sets of minutes, personnel recommendations and May 2025 cash disbursements totaling $3,886,687.99.
In separate action votes, the board approved the 2024-2025 Superintendent Performance Evaluation/Effectiveness Rating and authorized the Annual School Bond Loan Application. All recorded motions in the minutes passed by voice vote with AYES: Gilmore, Lund, Patin, Reed, Shoffner and Slager and NAYS: None (motions carried 6-0).
