Staff confirmed the step from E10 to E11 is approximately a 7.5% grade step and said reclassified employees would also receive the standard cost-of-living adjustment. The committee agreed to include the reclassification in the recommended column for now but asked staff to delay final approval until the full personnel adjustments and fund balance impacts had been reviewed.
