City council closes out downtown revitalization CDBG grant

City staff presented the required notices and posting documentation for the closeout of Community Development Block Grant 21‑CDBG‑ED‑10003, the downtown revitalization plan, and opened the public hearing. Staff confirmed postings at four locations and that the grant closeout paperwork met the posting and timing requirements. "We have photos... we have the correct number of days," staff said.
No members of the public spoke during the hearing. Councilmember Bridal moved to close out the CDBG downtown revitalization grant and Vice Mayor Sebring seconded; the council voted and the motion carried. Staff said the closeout satisfied the final procedural requirement for the grant.
