Board approves two resolutions and two policy first readings

Mr. Lee moved to approve Resolution 2-2025 (Refunding Delegation); Ms. Bechtolt seconded and the motion likewise passed unanimously. The minutes record the motions and unanimous approval but do not include text of the resolutions in the published minutes.
On policy, Dr. Day moved to approve the first reading of Policy 3205 — Sex Discrimination and Sex-Based Harassment of Students — with Mr. Lee seconding; the motion passed unanimously. Mr. Clark moved to approve the first reading of Policy 3210 — Nondiscrimination — with Mr. Lee seconding; that motion passed unanimously as well. These were recorded as first readings; the minutes do not indicate whether or when second readings or final adoption will be scheduled.
