Margaret Hendrickson, Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, and Colleen Stamm, K–12 District Math/Science Coordinator, presented a proposal for a new AP Pre-Calculus course, describing the course description, sequence, and rationale for adding it to the curriculum.
Board members asked questions about placement relative to regular and honors courses; those questions will be answered outside the meeting. The item was placed on the Jan. 7, 2025 regular meeting agenda for action.
