CPCNH representatives reviewed recent customer‑facing upgrades to Pembroke's community power web page and new communication tools meant to make rate‑comparison and enrollment easier. The presenter said the page now links directly to the DOE supplier‑shopping site so customers can compare community power rates with other supplier offers and that the self‑select portal has been streamlined to reduce page load and double‑select friction.
The coalition also announced a new SMS subscription feature and a pilot "peak shave" alert program. "We now have an SMS phone number feature," the CPCNH director said, explaining that customers can opt in to receive rate and peak‑demand notices by text; the director added that "we have several hundred people already signed up." Committee members asked about subscription format and where customers would enter phone numbers; staff replied the form requires international format examples and a checkbox for peak‑shave alerts.
