For the freezer, Collins recommended the Atosa unit from Streich Equipment noting prior acceptance of the Atosa brand in the high school kitchen.
The purchases were described as operational replacements to address wear and to support food-service operations. The board approved moving ahead; staff will finalize purchase orders and arrange delivery and installation.
