PBA approves $140,520 contract to permanently repair Metro One entrances

Staff said the temporary repair is in place and the permanent repair will require closing entrances into Metro One during work; monthly card-holders will be allowed to enter via Metro Two and the crossover between garages may be used. The PBA plans to issue a notice to proceed within 10 days and estimated the repairs would take about 60 days to complete. The PBA approved the contract by motion and voice vote.
The contract includes operational planning to limit disruption for monthly parkers while addressing access for cash customers during construction.
