"That in simple terms is the resolution so that we can explore whether our community would be in support of a bond in the future," said district business staff introducing the item. Trustees discussed the possibility of coordination with the neighboring elementary district, asked to see draft questions and requested board input on what proposals (for example, academy models or maximum tax thresholds) should be tested.
The motion to authorize polling passed unanimously by roll-call vote. Staff said any later, more specific ballot language or timing would return to the board for approval.
