Board approves 2026 legal contract and multiple 2025 contract amendments
Summary

Kleinschmidt, Alicia Stascak and Jaelyn Scanlan then presented several 2025 contract amendments affecting multiple vendors and partner agencies, including Rawhide Inc., Clarity Care Facility/Edgehill Program, Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department, Software Expressions Inc., Rehab Resources Inc., and CESA #8. A motion by Bart Schindel and Stephanie Holman to approve the amendments was carried.
