The ordinance directs a study of infrastructure, environmental, acoustic and utility impacts and includes provisions for exemptions and severability. Mayor Sue Anderson presided over the meeting and introduced the item; the board did not record debate detail in the minutes beyond a short discussion prior to the vote. The ordinance was introduced immediately for first reading and will return to the board for any subsequent readings or formal adoption steps specified by town rules.
