Scott Parks made the motion and Jeramee Gilman seconded; the motion passed with the board voting unanimously in favor (Timothy Eldred, Eylie Foster, Jeramee Gilman, Scott Parks, Ivan Renne and Erica Vincent voted Yea). The consent items included the draft minutes from June 16, 2025, financial recommendations and listed resignations.
The minutes list resignations from Nicole Black (speech pathologist), Danielle Durfee (teacher), Tom Creguer (behavior interventionist), Eric Vinciguerra (teacher), Hannah Willmore (teacher) and Maria Briggs (teacher). The minutes do not record reasons for the departures or any discussion about filling those positions; personnel actions for replacements were handled later on the action agenda.
