The candidates, listed by last name order, were: Ayana Allen; Benjamin Berson; Brittany Bowie; Ken Engel; Jessica Lanave; Don Ludwig; Michael Ovsenik; Vickie Sturgess; Andrew Wilson; and Jennifer Wolgast. Each candidate was allotted eight minutes for their interview.
After the interviews the board members submitted ranked preferences that were tallied under the method adopted earlier in the meeting; the tally showed Ken Engel with the highest total and Jessica Lanave in second place before the board acted on the appointment.
