The Forest Hills Board of Education approved a five-year contract with Applied Innovation to refresh district-wide copiers, authorizing $593,000 for equipment (including contingencies) and noting an estimated additional $558,000 for consumables, preventative maintenance and software licenses. Member Kermode moved the contract award and Member Terryn seconded; the roll-call vote was 6-0 in favor.
The contract covers a district-wide refresh on a five-year term and was presented as a single award in the consent of motions and resolutions at the June 17 special meeting. The motion record lists the approving vote as: Michaud, Kermode, DeBoer, Colley, Terryn and Fauson.
