The Plevna Town Council approved a one-year park contract with Eileen Dahl after Clerk/Treasurer Ashley Martin reported Dahl had asked to remain on the yearly contract despite being unable to attend the meeting. Councilman Jason Oberlander asked whether the contract reflected a cost-of-living increase. Clerk Martin said the contract language was rewritten so that any cost-of-living adjustment during the contract term would be applied without requiring a new signature or a new contract to be passed. Dahl, who was not present, said through Clerk Martin that she would stop by the town office later in the week to sign the contract.
