Committee adopts minutes, workforce budget, septic grant amendment and property-transfer referral
Summary
At its July 21 meeting the committee adopted the June 23 minutes, approved and forwarded the Tri-County Workforce Development Board PY26 budget and board appointments, amended the budget to recognize $300,000 in septic grant funding and moved identified properties for the land bank to the Finance Committee; all motions were recorded as adopted in the minutes.
The committee recorded the following formal actions during the July 21 meeting: the minutes from June 23, 2026 were accepted (motion moved by Mr. Hahn, seconded by Mr. Campbell and adopted); the Tri-County Workforce Development Board PY26 budget was approved and forwarded to the full Board (motion moved by Mrs. Clary, seconded by Mr. Campbell and adopted); workforce board reappointments and an appointment were adopted (terms specified); a budget amendment to recognize $300,000 in septic grant funding was approved and forwarded to Finance (motion moved by Mr. Campbell, seconded by Mrs. Clary and Mr. Hahn and adopted); and identified county-owned properties were moved to the Finance Committee for land bank consideration (motion moved by Mrs. Clary, seconded by Messrs. Hahn and Mumby and adopted).
