Poulsbo hearing closes with no public comment; examiner to issue written decision

After presentations from planning, engineering and the applicant, the hearing examiner called for public comment. No one in the room raised a hand, and staff reported no online sign-ins. McLean then closed the public-comment portion of the record.
Ashley Weller said a SEPA determination was issued on June 16 and that four mitigations were identified; she also said no appeals or comments were received during the appeal period. Weller noted planning commission held a review on June 23 and recommended approval with modification; staff concluded there are no outstanding issues known to them and recommended approval as conditioned. McLean closed the hearing saying he would take the record under advisement and issue a written decision as soon as possible.
