Board Members Chelsea Bonini and Beverly Gerard praised the Task Force for raising the issue publicly and recommended additional historical context and collaborative research to support any legislative proposal. The Board approved the report after a motion by Board Member Gerard and a second by Board Member Alvaro; the vote was unanimous (Alvaro, Arias, Bonini, Gerard, Love, O’Neill, Torres).
