Kevin Gross (Trustee) and Tanisha Miller (Trustee).
Vice President Kenyada Bowman moved to approve the meeting agenda; Treasurer Marcus Terry supported the motion and the board approved it unanimously (ayes: Davis-Smith, Dooley, Gross, Hannah, Miller, Terry, Bowman). Later, Bowman moved to approve the consent agenda—which included closed session minutes from Oct. 20, 2025; the regular board minutes from Oct. 20, 2025; Governance & Policy Committee minutes from Oct. 28, 2025; and an expulsion and suspension report—and Trustee G. Kevin Gross supported the motion. The minutes record the consent agenda as approved by unanimous vote. Secretary Sha'Quana Davis-Smith certified the minutes. The meeting was adjourned on a motion from Trustee Jennifer Dooley, supported by Vice President Bowman, at 8:18 p.m.
