Gosnell also presented a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) Operations Grant for 2025–2026 totaling $281,552, proposed to be applied entirely to personnel (0.1 FTE). Gosnell noted the county has booked approximately $17.9 million in SICG-related upgrades since the program began in 2015 and about $1.8 million in PSAP funds over the same period. The committee forwarded the SICG recognition to the Finance Committee for formal action as noted in the meeting record.
